Struggle to get the body corporate to come check a leaking roof after they organised routine maintenance on it. There was no issues before the maintenance was done. Also no feedback of what is happening. Also need to come check why a power issue could cause 100volts between N and Earth while metering contractors was bypassing a faulty meter for a different unit.
