Harassment by Sigma

Sigma is not a debt collection agency but a harassment agency. They operate as if they are loan sharks, the ******** kind that uses threats to make your life hell and continuouslyadd unnecessary charges and "interest" to your outstandingdebt. I have told them numerous times that my debt is being handled by my debt counsellor, that has called them multiple times to make payment arrangements and has been servicing the debt but they still keep harassing me and charging me for phonecards that I haven't even answered. They are the worst kind of inhumane ****s ever.
