Bad service -by *****

<p>I previously booked a club house at Emerald gardens for the 04/08/2018,as per contract I paid the amount of R2000.00 for reservation that will later be refunded according to the hours I have been in the club house. Beginning of September I started communicating with&nbsp;***** who by the way knows nothing about customer service. I was told to email proof of payment as well as the application form of which I did. Since then I have to constantly call her to find out how far she is with the process, and all I get is "I am doing it" but still nothing happened. When I call the office I am told she in meetings, sometimes they just hang up on me. So not happy with Sigma group .</p>
