Worst Restaurant in Welkom!

I would like to express my disgust in what I thought would be a romantic dinner with my husband. I have lived in Welkom for years and have been to Sietes quite a few times knowing what I can expect.

Tonight I ordered the Saltimbocca and I am at a loss of words! I attached photos of what is nothing more than a piece of minute or tenderised steak cooked in water! Served with something called chips but looked like it was fried in 5 year old oil.

When I send it back I was informed that the owner said it was not medallions of fillet, but rather a piece of rump steak that has been filleted. Please humour me in explaining how this is possible to fillet a piece of rump and then advertise it as fillet??

I will never be back.
