Sienna-Cape Town advertise ladies apparel and accessories on line. The website is appealing and easy to use. Although they do offer a 30 day refund policy, it's not true. A dress was purchased from Sienna-Cape Town. On receival the item did not match the photo on the website or the short description. Sienna-Cape Town was contacted on 27 September 2024 via e-mail requesting a refund as the item did not meet the expectation. There is no physical address or contact number available on their website.

After 18 e-mails since 27 September 2024 - 16 October 2024 Sienna -Cape Town requested that I return the item direct to China.

A quote was obtained from The Courier Guy and it will cost R1,788.65 the dress was R1,195 from Sienna-Cape Town

Further investigation revealed that the exact same item and image appears on Temu (China on line store) @ R424 with free shipping and free return policy in 90 days. Caution ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Read the product description. The item might be described as Denim but it's not Denim. Read the Terms and Conditions Refund policy etc. Appearing at the bottom of the website.
