Egregious. Placed an order 25 October 2024 to no avail. The communication avenue is little to none, likely because it seems the store is, despite its name, not South African. The couriers are abhorrent. Everything about the place is abysmal. Placed the order while I was on a shopping bender so I failed to do the necessary due diligence but the “store”, for want of a more suited word, is a pretty much a Shein dupe (laughable) with grossly inflated prices.
