Siemens oven door seal broken - best buy another oven from another manufacturer

<p>My Siemens oven door seal broke, should be quite simple, call Siemens, give them the oven product number and order a new one. But no they tell me over phone what part number is and I must order on that number. So new seal arrives but its the wrong one. Then I try and get the right one, well they are not really interested, basically I can just continue buying seals from them till I get the right one! Or have a Siemens repair person come to my house at a much greater cost to clip a seal onto the front of the oven. Basically its set up to make as much money as possible from the owners of Siemens products. </p>
