Siemens is PATHETIC

Besides from supplying my kitchen appliances that were faulty - oven tripping as well as a glass top to their gas hob that they claimed was toughened but yet was able to cracked, their after sales service has become an absolute joke. A plate to my gas hob is not working and after numerous emails and logged requests for repair which started almost two months ago, no one has been to repair my hob and almost all my pleas for assistance have been ignored. I fitted my entire kitchen with Siemen appliances but I won't make that mistake again. My advise to anyone looking at Siemens - rather use another brand that offers after sale service.
