Shoddy Siemens Service

The after sales service when you buy a Siemens machine is deplorable. We bought a Siemens coffee machine about a year and a half ago. It is not a cheap machine.e.g Siemens eq.6 plus s500 and we thought that it should be a good buy ... So I was introduced to their shoddy after sales service when I first ordered a milk container, and I was sent from one person to another and it took ages to eventually buy and receive the container. O so that was awhile ago, and then our machine gave problems in June and I contacted the service centre where I was told to contact the Bosch, Siemens and Gaggenau centre in Kramerville. I took the machine there in early June and was contacted on the 15th of June and asked to pay a R1000 odd rand for repairs. Apparently there is only a year warranty on parts. And then shocker, they had to order the parts from Germany. The lady, not the most helpful I have to add, said that it would take 7-10 days to receive the parts. That was the last contact from her side. It's a month later, I have to enquire constantly and ask for feedback. Apparently the part is now there but no luck getting my machine back. I will definitely not buy a Siemens product again.
