Unhappy client made more unhappy with empty promises

I am one unhappy client with the service from this company but then again I am not surprised since I was told last year that my query will only be attended to in January but they are the first company to debit my bank account the minute I get my salary.

I was hopeful after Amanda contacted me and made me choose what I wanted and promised to deliver before they closed, it's now January and I didn't get what I am paying for and no follow up has been done.

What kind of business are you running there, a circus?
