Sieff Optometrist unprofessional behaviour

What an unprofessional disrespectful treatment I got from Sieff Optometrist. I have set my appointment for my son through Justin Meyer. He sent me an email to complete the form for appointment, I rep**** by saying I don't have a printer and sent him the required information via email.

He said I can come on Wednesday, when I get to the place on Wednesday, he tells me their optometrist is not available and he laughs on my face when I got irritated that he wanted my time.
