Pathetic Service..

I first took out a pair of glasses from them last year around September, less than two months later these glasses started to peel on the sides. I escalated this with them but it took them ages to attend to this (Note that the debit orders was still going through during this time). I later opted for Spec-savers, which has always been my preferred option, received my glasses in time etc. NOW I have been requesting Sieff Optometrists to send me my script for the past two weeks so I can keep track of whether my eyes have gotten weaker or stronger with time. To this day I am still waiting for this to be attended to. What a pathetic company! Like what could be so difficult about forwarding a patient's script????
