DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Hi there

I am an employer of Hanes Brands in Jacobs Durban . Sieff Optometrist came to our premises and we had our eye test done. I was asked to get a pair of glasses because I had a problem with my vision. I was told that after 4 weekly payments, I would receive my glasses. I did receive my glases after 6 payments which was the 9th of March to which I was not happy with. I immediately sent an email to them saying that it's just the same with the glasses on....(no different) It's like you're just looking through a window. Up until today nobody has rep**** to my email. When I came to work on Monday the 12th of March, I wEnt to my HR dept to complain about these people, but was asked to call them myself. I did just that and spoke to a lady by the name of Isabel Macinde. She asked me to go to a nearest optometrist and get a test done which she will pay for. I went to Spec Savers in Chatsworth on Wednesday because I live nearby. After numerous attempts, we finally got a hold of her and was told by her that spec savers need to send her banking details so I can have my test done. I thereafter called everyday to find out if the payment was done, but NOTHING. Now I'm trying and trying to get a hold of someone in Sieff Optometrist to please help me as this glasses is very expensive and I'm paying for something that I can't even use. I was even tempted to go to my bank and put a stop order against these people. I really think this is unfair and they're very ***********. I sometimes think if these guys are a bogus. Was this a big ****??? Can someone please help me as I need my glasses very urgently.
