Disgusting service

This company came to my work place in September and i got a quote. I chose the frame and the lady wrote down what i wanted. To my surprise i got glasses for distance and no glaze was added.I did state that i use the glasses for driving at night and i only got reading glasses and that is something i don't need.

This company is quick to to debit my account and not quick to address issues that their client has. I'm very disgusted and disappointed with their service. We are in November and i still don't have my glasses fixed. A bunch of ****** who ill never recommend to anyone. The client service team leader or supervisor has empty promises i'm still waiting for a call from her.

You want to charge me for an error that i nerver made, i know what i wanted and yet im told ill have to pay a "FEE" for them to be fixed.
