disgusted and no trust in their glasses

representative from Sieff Optometrists came to our workplace to do eye testing we agreed on -a frame and the did a lens test. on the -27-10-2018 a debit of R255 went off and was advised that within 10 days I will receive my glasses , which didn't happen I called after 10 days and was advised that the glasses will be sent in a day or two, I received my glasses a week later , the lens were not the ones I agreed to and the frame was very loose , I called and logged a fault 9 days ago after the second debit order went off and till date they have not come to fix anything , I'm paying for glasses I cant wear , which I will now reverse my debit orders and they must just fetch their glasses as I have no trust left in them and no longer want to do business with them , I received a call saying they coming but till now no one has come to fix anything , I do not want to business with such *********** people and refuse to pay them a cent further ......... I'm so disgusted in how I am paying for something which brings no value to my life or my eyes
