They came to our company to test everyone's eyes and so on, I picked a frame and like two days later I changed my mind about the frame and wanted to change it, but as they don't have a catalogue I had to phone in and described the frame I wanted luckily I had a photo of it aswell and e-mailed the photos. After 3 calls I was notified that she looked everywhere and went through everything they have just to get the frame I wanted now that is service, doing everything she can just to keep her clients happy and satisficed - Sieff Optometrists Althea Buys deserves a raise in her salary!
