This guy sidney davids is a ******, let me share how he operate and conned me out of R8500: - I found this sidney on a platform called BARK(steer clear of this platform for your own good), where he advertise that he is a 'seasoned draughtsman'. - he came to my house to have me sign a 'power of attorney' form so that he could submit my plan after he had drawn it, he also said that he has been drawing plans for years. - days later he sent me a message asking me to take the measurements at my premises and send it to him. - days later he sent me a completed plan of the proposed works to be done at my premises, and he is so sly he only put his name on the plan. - only when I receive an email from the municipality informing me to check on their portal because my plan had been rejected due to it being incorrect and incomplete, did I see there was an andre kruger designated as the architect of my plan. - the first thing I did was check hellopeter, where I saw 4 bad reviews about this andre kruger. - I asked sidney who this andre kruger was, sidney arrogantly responded that he does not have to tell me everything. - I told sidney I did not ask him to find me an architect, and that he had **** to me by saying he was an architect, thereby conning me to get my R8500, he arrogantly responded that he does not have to apply to all the rules and regulations. - I asked him for his SACAP number, he could not provide one - I wrote to SACAP and asked whether sidney was registered, they responded saying he was not and had never been registered as anything with them. - I did more research about sidney's 'partner in crime', andre kruger, and found that he had been found guilty by SACAP on more than one occasion, and here they were doing the same to me. - I then submitted a complaint to SACAP about sidney and andre. - on Friday 05 December 2025, andre kruger was found guilty on all 5 charges against him and fined R20 000. - SACAP then asked me to submit all evidence, etc, concerning this sidney davids, which I did, and they responded, thanking me for all the evidence and said that they would now proceed to initiate a complaint against this sidney. This sidney came to my house in January 2025, he is gone with my R8500 and I have no plan, but I prayed the Lord my God to repay each of them according to their wickedness, and there andre has to pay R20 000 for my R8500, and even so this sidney will lose the R8500 over and over for the rest of his life, for the Lord my God told me to show him mercy before taking this matter forward, I said to him to return my money and I would walk away, he was arrogant and laughed at me, now the Lord my God will let him know that the Lord is God.
