Our experience with Sidney Davids Projects has been extremely disappointing. Large payments were made based on assurances given to us regarding approvals and subdivision processes, yet important documentation was not provided when requested. Information changed over time, deadlines were missed, and repayment promised for 25 March has still not been received. Communication has been inconsistent, and trust has been completely broken.
