Very poor customer service

I went to do an exchange on Monday i wasn’t happy about the items however i requested for an refund instead the cashier tells me theres no money nevertheless on Tuesday i went back for my refund the cashier than tells me they never made a sale for the day there’s no money can’t i leave my acc and cell number she will call me so i even told her so this shop doesn’t have petty cash she says no they not trusted
