Very bad customer service and ******

I went to side step Centurion mall last week Wednesday I bought sneakers cash, on Thursday I returned them and they gave me a receipt promising to call me back when they have the money as they didn't have cash on their tills. I have been waiting since last week Thursday for my 900 till to date. Every time when I call they are telling me stories. Today I called and spoke to a lady by the name of Tebogo and Else and a very rude guy who didn't want to give me his name. All three of them they are not willing to assist and to top it up they hang up on me. So I have been wasting my airtime on money that belongs to me and to be speaking to such rude consultants. It makes me wonder if they were lying about not having cash on their tills and I have been **********. I can't beg for them to give me money which rightfully belongs to me. And cherry on top every time I call when I ask for their surnames they don't wanna give it to me , it makes me wonder even if the names they gave were correct
