Unpleasant and Sour Service.

HI Side- Step

I am very sad and disappointed at side-step customer at the Cradlestone branch.

Firstly, we went to the store to buy a pair of sneakers of which the price was wrong. We made the staff aware of the price and they ignored us,

they told us that the person that was pricing the sneakers was not at work. Imagined all the sneakers priced wrong. Immediately they changed the price to the correct one.

We bought the pair of sneakers, and we left. I don’t is it because we are working at the mall, and we came wearing uniform maybe we were undermined.

On the 10th of September 2024 we went to the same Cradlestone Branch to do a refund, and we were told that they don’t have money. We understood that and we left the sneaker and the proof

of purchase to them. We came after 3 days, and it was the same thing of them not having money.

On Friday the 20th of September we went to ask again about our refund. We were told to bring the bank statement and the ID copy to get the refund. “ imagine, ID copy and Bank statement to get our money back.”

On Saturday morning we went to ask exactly on why they want the ID copy and the bank statement. The two guys that they were even smelling alcohol, and there was another lady that was drinking from the plastic bottle and she said we are making noise as they have head aches told us because we don’t have money head office must authorise the refund. I was furious and for a fact that we have the proof purchase why all this paperwork needed from us.

This other shop assistant was even hitting the counter telling us we are making noise in the store. I am very disappointed at the service we received, and I am not happy as I take it as it was a racial **************.

For the whole 2 weeks waiting for the refund and we are being told to bring ID copy and the bank statement. At the same time, we are being told that head office must approve after checking the ID copy and the bank statement.

Very Disappointed
