Unauthorised transaction

I bought a sneaker at Side Step worth R1600 using my Capitec Bank card, five days later Side Step processed a purchased of the very same amount on my account.

They took everything that I had on my account, as a result my bank account is overdrawn with over R800. I have spent more money trying to resolve this issue, I have driven kilometres and printed and scanned statements at their request with no results.

I am exhausted and this has been a great inconvenience to me. All I want is for them to reverse the funds. Please Help.
