Trash service and they’re uncontactable.

bought a pair of sneakers at Sidestep Clearwater mall on 12th June. Listed price was different from the price required at checkout. The response to my query was truly disappointing. 2 staff members (I assume the other was the store manager) rudely told me that the advertised price was an error from the Northgate store when they transferred the shoes and that I must either pay or leave the shoes because its “only R100” difference.

This is absolutely unacceptable to me as a customer. The 2nd staff member, who I do think was the manager, went as far as asking the cashier if he would pay the difference because he was trying to speak to me about it to explain and reach a consensus. That is really not the right attitude for a front line staff member. I raised this query via the website’s “contact us” feature and never got an acknowledgment or a response. Also very terrible experience. Emailed the address on their site and got an “undelivered” so WhatsApp’d them and they told me to try the email or contact us. 🤣🤣🤣 What clowns.
