I would like you'll to help me on the 14th of December I went to Carlton centre in town to go and buy sneakers for my kids it was all good when I bought the sneakers but when my son did wear his sneakers on Christmas day just for 2:00h so I did notice that something is not right i saw the skin of the sneakers are coming of and the next day I did take it back to the shop and the response I got from the stuff was that my son was riding on a bike but I told them he never ride a bike because he was with me the hole time so I did ask them how can you wear new sneakers just for 2h and than the skin comes of and that i want a refund so they told me that they can't help me i have to wait for they boss an he will only be there on Monday and Friday they took my number and told me that they will call me on Monday but it never happened and I am still waiting on them to call me I really need help because when I go back there i will just fight with them and i don't want that
