Side Step is a ****

I was sold a **** pair of Converse Chuck 70s. I tried to return the shoe for a refund, however the employees refused to offer a refund saying that they have no cash. I phoned a few Side Step stores (The Glen, West Gate, North Gate etc) afterwards asking if I could return for a refund and they all said that they do not offer refunds. I called customer service, they asked for my order number and other details, they said they'd get back to me in an hour, and they still haven't.
