Good evening,my name is Xolani. I had a very terrible experience at Side Step after I purchased a green colour Ellesse City Runner shoe.The shoe was on special from R850 to R600.After purchase I was in possession of the shoe for almost 2 weeks.I then decided to wash it and just as I put it in the water the colour came off this damaging my new pair of kicks.I therefore returned them to the store without a slip and I was told to find the slip and they will see what they can do.Then I went back home and found the slip then I returned back to the Side Step and they said I should leave the shoe and they will talk to management.After waiting for another 2 weeks for their response I then decided to go to Side Step again to find out what was happening with my purchase.In shock I was told that there was nothing they could do. I am asking Hello Peter to help me with this ******* it would be highly appreciated.Thank you.
