SIDE STEP HIGHVELD MALL

Never been disrespected this much in my life walked in Side Step Highveld Mall today spoke to the manager about refund as I have lost my receipt his response was he can’t help me I asked for an alternative option was told by the manager to see what I do because he won’t help me I asked questions and he raised his voice at me telling me that he won’t and can’t help me. He went on to tell me about policies in which he stated he can give me my lay-by without my receipt but cannot perform refund without the receipt utter utter disrespect.
