Side step Elim mall

Sidestep store at Elim Mall...there customer service is very poor and so discusting...I received few items as a present, unfortunately the size was incorrect...I went to the store to exchange, they told me that they can not exchange them if there's no receipt. Items is still in good condition with tags I didn't even wear them. I ask to see the manager she came and give a bed attitude as if she's not a manager, worse she was even eating food while talking to me...truly speaking I was so hurt... I even ask her to call their head office, she told me that I should use my personal phone there land line doesn't take out call...I ask her to give me their head office contacts, she she doesn't have I must Google it. They don't even put there names on cuz they know that they're rude
