Side step campus square

My name is Tshepiso. A gift of black and white sneakers was bought for me and i went to campus square side step for an exchange in colour(white), the team firstly asked if i bought it there and I told them no and if it was a problem,the lady( told me i should ask at the till which the regional manager was operating..the worst bad attitude ever.I told her the cresta team referred me to them for the white,her comment was" so you going around exchanging shoes,where to from here?Kzn or Eastern cape?"I said to her " no,cresta sent me here coz they didnt have my size" ,she told me to go have a look at the wall and tell her if i see what im looking for..for a leader,that is no way conduct yourself especially infront of your team. For this,an exchange is not even worth it,spending money with such people who dont know how to treat customers and as for the team at studio88,ill forever be greatful for their help and effort, a complete asset to your business.
