Shoes exchange

I went to side step mams mall, very bad customer service I received from the store. The two ladies were nit on their name batches and everything I ask was "I don't know". I went to exchange my baby's shoes so they had no size since last year December making up and down looking for a size so I decided to refund still no money I was told to come the other time. The lady by the name of lindiwe said I'm being stubborn because I'm not even their regular customer. I then took my things and leave the store with broken heart and no help. I'm stuck with the shoes
