Refused refund for product not available at Shop

<p> Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>On Sunday, 25th June, I purchased a pair of Nike Kwazi GS Black from Side Step Store at Eastrand Mall for my son. Unfortunately the pair could not fit my son due to the shoe-cut style not because of size. I then went back to the shop on Wednesday, 28th June around 17h00 and requested an exchange for thedifferent cut-style and the size (size 6). Unfortunately, the shop did not have the requested size in all different (three) colours on the pair of Nike I selected. The manager also tried the contact their sister store, studio 88 which is also located inside the mall and unfortunately they did not have the size also for all three colours.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then told them that since they don't have any size, I have no choice but request that I'm refunded so I can look somewhere else. To my suprise the Manager on duty told me that, the company policy does not give back refunds on any product purchased. I told them, you must be joking....he insisted that I wait until they have the size or since I was going to Durban, I must find Side Step Shop there and exchange it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was faced with arrogance which I indicated that I have no intention of entertaining.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is my money back now!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
