Poor customer service no communication

Bought some item from them online on the 29th of October and it was supposed to be delivered on the 4th of November. I can't get a hold of them or the courier company(logistical solutionist) and according to the tracking my package is in upington for the last 4-5 days. I needed those for an event now I just want a refund.
