not helpfull all they want is money

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">On 21 of December 2016 The mother of my child bought an Adidas footwear for our boy cash R800 @ jabulani mall in soweto. now she is back for holidays in east London,mdantsane.she wanted to surprise her boy with the footwear which is size 11 for kids and my boy don't want the footwear I want to side step in hemmingways mall yesterday they told m they can't refound m since they dnt sell kids shoes and they don't have it in thier system.they alalso told they will call me today since their branch manager was not around due to being a holiday yesterday & the funny part is that in their slip they say no refunds on laybyes & the slip expired date is on the 25 December 2016 hw am I gonna go & rush for the slip be for it expire on Christmas day when I relaxing with my family.
