lay-bye bad services indeed

i went to there store to cancel my lay-bye as i have personal issues that i am dealing with this month i had the slips for the goods i lay-byed but i was told i cant cancel it ,better i was told if i dont pay on time i will forfeit my money down the drain just like that. i mean i have being buying my sneakers at the store for years now
