I will never shop here again

Their customer service literally has the worst service ever... They use ddp laser courier company which is of no help and is horrible at delivering on time. I call Side step to voice my complains and the agent tells me that the driver FELT that the adress was wrong.... ive been using the adress for months with no problem. nobody calls me to confirm. then i get an attitude when i ask for my refund. Simphiwe is a rude customer service agent.
