I placed an order online on the 29th of November

I placed an order online on the 29th of November. I then called on the 8th of December and Noone could pick my order up and I became very frustrated. Rene then said my order was at the back and that she would call me back and she didn't. I called again and spoke to Phila who said he would help track my order and get back to me. Phila tracked my order (miraculously because Noone else could) and called me everyday till I picked up my order. I'd like to thank him so much. There are very few people who love their work to the extent of making the customer so satisfied. I hope your manager is as proud of you as I am. I hope you get a fat bonus Phila. Don't stop being the best at what you do. Thank you!
