Horrible service

Good day on the 2nd of November 2019 I went into ur store at jabulani mall and bought a adidas sneaker for my mom the two ladies assisting me I told them I want a size 6 to my surprise when I get home they gave me a 5 and a half, I had to drive back to jabulani the next day and got the same lady now with a guy she took my details and told me I will get the sneaker two days and that was the last I heard from them till today I have not been contacted by them. I want my R500 rands back please
