Horrible experience from Sidestep Craddlestone mall

I would like to Complain about Sidestep employee at craddlestone on the 14th of May(Yesterday), I had a horrible experience from Thembi Thisini and her manager Rose Mapitso, I was with my daughter who had a water bottle and she spilled water on the floor and i told Thembi what happed she said to me SideStep rules if you spill you mop the floor and she went and fetched the mop and told me to mop on my child behalf and she was so rude and it started from the entrance she gave me a funny look and before my child spilled the water she was busy dancing with the manager and not attending us. In my entire life it was the first time getting a horrible experience and mind you she is way too young to me. i wanted to buy a sneaker but because of the rude behavior towards me i left the shop without busying anything mind you am a loyal customer i have sneaker that i bought from SideStep shop. While Rose wanted to talk she told her that she knows the rules and it is the way it is, she also said i must go ahead and complain from the head office. Horrible experience, Please check the cameras as a proof of what happened.

Craddlestone mall SideStep is the nearest mall from my place but because i love the sneaker i went to Clearwater mall Sidestep were i went to buy it and the Employees are too friendly, unfortunately i can not say the same thing to Step a side from Craddlesteone
