Horrible disgusting service

So i am still waiting for my sons sneakers to arrive.I had to call them 3 times on the 3rd to find out were his sneakers were.They said there was a glitch in the system and therefore it showed the order was cancelled.Eid is either tomorrow or Friday and my son has not got his shoes.The service is horrible and i will never purshase from them again.My son keeps asking were his takies are.His been so excited and now his saying he doesnt think it will come on time.I believe this aswell.The manager now wants to tell me it will arrive maybe tomorrow or thurday this will be after eid.How does this help me at all.Dnt purchase from them online because you will end up dissapointed.
