**** white converse all stars

I bought 2 pairs of shoes in January 2021 at side step in mall of the South. A white pair of all stars and black cans slip ons. I wore the white all star twice and noticed that the sole was more yellow than white and the cotton on the shoe was super white. I expressed this to them on their face book page and was told to send a DM so they can get a consultant to call me,tgat was on the 13th of January. Til date, I haven't received any calls from them like promised. I've owned 2 pairs of white all stars before but the rubber was never yellow. I want a refund on my shoes because these are **** converse shoes. I'm not happy with the quality at all. I want someone side step to call me like promised ***
