Extremely rude Manager and Staff

<p>About three weeks ago we purchased some items at this store. We went the today to exchange a pair of tekkies we bought and the Manager refused. If they were worn I would understand but they are very new and in their original packaging. We have a receipt and everything. Why should I support a store that treats its customers like *******. Action must be taken against these employee, they need to underdtand the fundamentals of Customer service and Communication. They must know the importance of good customer service. Treat Customers the way you would like to be treated. </p>
