Excellent Service from Rencia Phillip at Side Step

I ordered a shoe online and it was delivered within the specified time, only to check that I had ordered the incorrect size. I then called the help desk and spoke to Rencia Phillip who assisted in arranging a collection of the shoe and also assisted in locating the correct size and had it delivered to me. The one thing that I really appreciated was her willingness to help and the frequent updates via email and calls. Keep up the great work.
