Disrespectful Store Manager at Side-Step Carnival Mall

I had a nasty experience at the Side Step retail store in Carnival Mall last week on the 13/03/2020. My partner purchased a T-shirt for me to surprise me but upon my arrival at the mall I realized that I had already purchased the same t-shirt from Studio 88 in Johannesburg. I then insisted that we take the t-shirt back and rather exchange for something else. We got to the store and explained the situation to the lady shop assistant and I immediately chose a jacket and added the difference , however the jacket was priced at R1600 and when we saw the same jacket at Studio 88 at Maponya Mall the previous weekend it retailed at R1299. I then asked the lady regarding the pricing and she said it was the same price as Studio 88 and Side step were the company under one owner I then rep**** that I knew that the owner was Laurence Wernars and that I purchased items from a store that has gone into partnership with him (Laurence Wernars) that is Geri Boutiques. The lady then asked the store manager about my statement, at that time I went into the fitting room to try the jacket on, the store manager then rep**** to his colleague in my partners presence that "I should just buy and leave and not talk about matters that I know nothing of." I made the purchase and when we approached the parking lot only then my partner told me of the incident because she didn't want me to ensue an altercation. I have never in the 6 years that I have supported Studio 88, Side- Step or Skipper Bar been so aggrieved by the lack of respect shown towards me as a consumer, This man should have had the audacity to say those words to my face not behind my back whilst I'm in the fitting room. This store manager needs to be called to order and reprimanded for his uncustomary behavior.
