Disgusting Service !

I have had the worst experience at Side Step in Pinecrest, Pinetown in Durban. Firstly the fact that if you need to do an exchange for a refund you need to go to the shop you bought at when there’s so many other side step branches is pathetic .i then phoned Side step Pinecrest and was greeted by a rude,unprofessional assistant by the name of Snayo, who lacks phone etiquette as she answers the phone with a “ yaaaah”, she said they don’t do refunds on a public holiday because there’s no manager I found that very stupid I told her to phone her manager who then gave her the authority to give me a refund , i phoned her at 9 and told her at 2 il be there I get there at 3:30 and she said there’s no cash and there’s nothing she can do, and she was giving me a stinking attitude. Firstly I paid by card it’s not my fault that they can’t do refunds through the speed point neither is it my fault that they don’t have cash . She lacks professionalism and I’m appalled by her service she needs proper training and mannerism
