Denying factory faults

GoodDay I have a complain about Side Step store in Jabulani mall.. I bought All Star Converse cash, cost R1400.

The sneakers are the same size (left and right) but they are not the same (size, stitches). I worn them once, didn't even last 30 minutes with the shoes and that is when I noticed the faults.

I laid my complaints, went to the shop and they were rude though they saw that it's their factory fault. They then told me to contact their head office. I got hold of Justin from Side Step head office and he told me the way of how to get off and concluded with that I can contact Hellopeter they know him.

All I wanted was a mature manner to solve this. Maybe an exchange, not even a refund but they chose to be low

I am kindly asking for Hellopeter to help me get and exchange or a refund because I can't wear these shoes and I bought them last week Friday (28 March 2024 )
