What? A shocking horrible customer service from Side step Golden walk i went in the store looking for a sneaker for myself then the was a staff member on his phone did not acknowledge me nor did he see me the young man was on his mobile cell phone i looked around then asked him may i please see the store Manager since i was not getting help and he is sitting on his phone and then rep**** the is no need for the store Manager cause he is the store Manager what a rude Manager i have came across if thats what stores keeps as manager then i don't know im very disappointed he is very disrespectful and i will never shop at side step Golden walk ever AGAIN
