Bad service

I bought a sneaker in mall of Africa the child did not like it, took it back to another branch side step in greenstone... Lady told me they don't have cash in their till once they have the cash they will call me or il call them, i called them same day around 4h30 they seem to have blocked my number please assist i need my money back
