Bad service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy about the service I received with your store in Pan Africa Mall, I lay byed a pair of Sneaker for R300 on the 24 of June 2017</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not longer working due to my pregnancy issues, so I called the store to request for cancelation and I was advised that I can not do any cancallation on laybye. On the purchase slip there is no were is writen any thing about laybyes cancelations, I was only Writen NO EXCHANGES ON LAYBYES.</p> <p> </p> <p>The guy told me that he will give me a call on Saturday as the person who can authorize a refund is not available. On Saturday I popped in the store as I was around the mall, there was a guy who was standing by the door so I went straight to the Till to aske what was happenning, apparently the guy who was by the till is the guy I spoke to over the phone, then he called the guy who was standing by the door because he is the manager, the guy did not come I had to call him so we can resolve the issue, The guy came to me with attitute and asking me what is the problem as I was still explaining to him he told me that he can not help me as the dont do refunds on laybyes. I told hi he can not tell me that because is not writting in your slip, the he told me that is their police with ATTITUDE and he can not help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told him we should call the Head office as I spoke to the lady by the nae of Renay he said they dont open on weekend and he does not care if I report him or who I spoke to from the Head office. I asked fot his name he just kept quiet.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning (17/07/17) I called the Head office luckly I got the same lady I spoke to and explained to her what happend, she advise she will call me back, I waited for the call and decided to call again after Midday, she answer the call and told me that the store was supposed to call me then she said she will check with them and ask them to call me in a Minute nothing happend.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
