Bad Customer service

Good morning,

i would to lay a complaint about a side step worker who was very arrogant, rude and unprofessional she goes by the name Nqobile. they were refusing to give me my refund yesterday they made me wait for 2 and a half hours unattended and i was ignored by everyone there, Nqobile on the 20th of April she also refused to refund as she said they do not have money in the store and she referred us to Small street and Carlton centre to get our refund knowing very well that we won't get it because the shoe was bought at dobsonville mall, i had to waste my time and money to go there and not get assistance, what she did is very unprofessional.
