Bad Customer Service

I have a complaint against one of your employees who mistreated us and is refusing to give us a refund on the shoes we bought. Her name is Nqobile she is working at side step dobsonville. She threatened us, telling us that she can beat us if she wants and we won't get the refund because it's up to her to give us the refund. She has the shoes and the receipt but still she doesn't want to refund us. She sent us to Side Step in Small Street Johannesburg knowing very well that we won't get assistance. I used my last money to get there and didn't receive any help. I went back to her today 21 April 2024 and she still didn't want to refund us telling us that the store doesn't have money and she won't assist us. She doesn't have customer service as she was proving a point that we won't get the refund even after staying at the store for almost like 2 and a half hours. While we where there she was talking bad about customers who came to do window shopping as of it is against the store law/act. I'm very upset and not happy about the service we get as paying customers.
